Kevyan Ann Sly has extensive experience in event planning and management. Kevyan Ann has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

From 2021 to present, Kevyan is the Vice President of Meetings at the Navy League of the United States. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Meetings & Events in the same organization from 2019 to 2021.

In 2019, Kevyan worked at Interel as the Director of Meetings where they led a team in planning and delivering conferences, meetings, and exhibitions for multiple clients. Before that, they were the Deputy Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, and Director of Events at Marine Technology Society from 2016 to 2019.

From 2013 to 2016, Kevyan was the Director of Corporate Meetings & Events at the Navy League of the United States. Kevyan Ann managed event planning and execution, including large-scale events with thousands of attendees.

Kevyan's career also includes roles at American Bar Association as a Meeting Manager, Section of Taxation, where they managed flagship events and educational meetings, and at Gaylord Hotels as a Convention Services Manager.

Kevyan Ann Sly, CMP, DES obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Dayton. Additionally, they hold the certifications of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council, which they obtained in January 2003, and Digital Event Strategist (DES) from PCMA, which they obtained in June 2021.
