Dr. Niti Mathur

Dr. Niti Mathur has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. They began their career as a Junior Resident at St Stephens' Hospital in 1998 and then moved on to work as a Gynecologist at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital from 2004 to 2007.

In 2008, Dr. Mathur joined Genpact India Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert for a team of clinical coders. They had a deep understanding of coding systems and played a key role in developing clinical decision support systems and overpayment identification rules applications. In 2010, they were promoted to the position of Manager-New Product Innovations at Genpact, where they provided strategic inputs and support for various healthcare activities.

In 2015, Dr. Mathur joined Cotiviti as an AVP and continued their work in the healthcare industry. After three years at Cotiviti, they moved to UnitedHealth Group in 2018 as a Director. In this role, Dr. Mathur led knowledge-intensive teams and oversaw payer and provider edits for the rules engine. They also supervised provider coding operations and auditing teams.

From 2021 to 2022, Dr. Mathur served as the Vice President and Medical Director at Rialtic, where they played a crucial role in the organization's medical operations.

Currently, Dr. Mathur is the Head of Clinical Operations at Navya Care, a company that provides cancer treatment plans based on clinical evidence and expertise from leading cancer centers worldwide.

Dr. Niti Mathur completed a Senior Management Program in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in the years 2014-2015.

Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) from Delhi University. Dr. Niti also completed a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Stephens' Hospital during the years 1998-2000.

Earlier, they obtained their initial medical degree, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), from the University College of Medical Sciences between 1991-1996.
