Léo Negre has a long history of work experience. Léo began in 2012 as a Physico-chimie des Polymères et Milieux Dispersés intern at ESPCI. In 2013, they worked as a Mesure d'humidité par RMN du proton (bas champ) pour retraitement des déchets radioactifs at AREVA, and also began their PhD in Electrochemical Energy Storage at CIRIMAT. In 2018, they became an Ingénieur R&D Matériaux et Energie at EONEF. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Energy Storage R&D Engineer (Lithium-ion batteries & supercapacitor expert) at NAWATechnologies.

Léo Negre's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Ingénieur Chimie des matériaux from Polytech Sorbonne (2008-2013), a Master's degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in the field of Chimie des polymères (2012), and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Science des matériaux from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III (2013-2017).
