Anita Virgyanti

Anita Virgyanti has held various HR and administrative roles throughout their career. Anita is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at NAWAKARA since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR Business Partner at PT. Mandiri AXA General Insurance from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nokia from 2014 to 2015. Anita also worked as an HR Advisor at Hess Corporation (Saka Energy) from 2008 to 2014 and as an HR Business Partner at Hess Corporation from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Manager at PT. Abbott Indonesia from 2007 to 2008, a Personnel Manager at PT Siemens Indonesia from 2001 to 2007, and a Consultant at Saville & Holdsworth Indonesia from 1999 to 2001.

Anita Virgyanti pursued their education from 1988 to 1994 at the University of Indonesia, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
