Thresette Briggs

Thresette Briggs, DDI, MBA, is a seasoned professional in leadership development, serving as the Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3, LLC since May 2010. Under Thresette's leadership, P3 has established itself as a certified WBE/WOSB, focusing on creating high-performing leaders through collaborative services such as keynotes, assessments, training, and consulting. Additionally, Thresette holds a significant role on the Board of Directors for NAWBO National, currently serving as Chair-elect and having held various leadership positions since 2021. Thresette has also contributed to academia as an Associate Faculty member at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI and as an Adjunct Professor at IWU National & Global, instructing on various business topics. Thresette holds an MBA in Management/Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BBA in Human Resource Administration from Wichita State University.
