Alshaymaa Khodeer has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016. In that year, they worked as a Freelance Videographer for General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and a Documentary Movie (TaabouhX). In 2017, they worked as a Videographer for Azab Media Company - ABC Channel. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Agent for Delta Life Insurance and a Content Editor for (Regime, Ngoom Masrya, Saudi News, Kelma, Alyawm News, Sabah Masr). In 2020, they worked as a Content Editor for Sarmady - a Vodafone Company. Finally, in 2022, they are currently working as a Senior SEO Content Writer for Nawy and a SEO Content Creator for E3mel Business Academy.

Alshaymaa Khodeer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication at Cairo University between 2014 and 2017.
