Kaelyn Rushforth is an experienced professional with a background in donor relations and administrative support. Currently serving as the Donor Relations Manager at NAYA Family Center since August 2019, Kaelyn has also held various positions within the organization, including Executive Assistant and Community Reception Manager. Prior to this role, Kaelyn worked as the Board Liaison for NAYA Action Fund from September 2022 to August 2023 and served as the Graduate Admissions Coordinator at Portland State University's School of Business from December 2017 to August 2019. Kaelyn's early career included experience as a Legal Assistant and Office Administrator at The Law Office of Larry J. Blake, Jr., LLC from June 2014 to October 2017. Kaelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with minors in Sociology and Psychology from Portland State University, completed in 2019.

NAYA Family Center's mission is "to enhance the diverse strengths of our youth and families in partnership with the community through cultural identity and education." The Native American Youth and Family Center in Portland, Oregon, works to enrich the lives of our Native youth and families through education, community involvement, and culturally specific programming. We have provided educational services, cultural arts programming, and direct support to reduce poverty to the Portland metropolitan area's American Indian and Alaska Native community for over 40 years.
