Paul Lumley currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at NAYA Family Center since July 2025. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Cascade AIDS Project from July 2023 to July 2025, and Chief Executive Officer at Native American Youth and Family Center from October 2016 to July 2023, where Paul also held the position of Founding Executive Director of the NAYA Action Fund. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission and the National American Indian Housing Council, as well as working as Senior Tribal Liaison at the U.S. Department of Defense. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Western Washington University.

NAYA Family Center's mission is "to enhance the diverse strengths of our youth and families in partnership with the community through cultural identity and education." The Native American Youth and Family Center in Portland, Oregon, works to enrich the lives of our Native youth and families through education, community involvement, and culturally specific programming. We have provided educational services, cultural arts programming, and direct support to reduce poverty to the Portland metropolitan area's American Indian and Alaska Native community for over 40 years.
