Iacopo Santini

Iacopo Santini has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. In 2012, they worked as a Business Development Intern at E&A Industries. In 2013, they worked as an Order to Cash Intern at Eli Lilly and Company. In 2014, they were a Summer Analyst at Bain Capital- Sankaty Advisors. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Bain Capital Credit, starting as an Associate and later becoming an Analyst. In 2020, they were an MBA Summer Intern at ZaiNar, Inc., where they conducted extensive market research and financial modeling. Also in 2020, they were a Co-Founder and COO at Xoma Pulcatta, a social mission-driven spirit derived from distilling sustainably farmed pulque in Mexico. In 2021, they became an Operator-in-Residence at Primary Venture Partners, and in 2022 they became a Co-Founder at Naya Homes.

Iacopo Santini attended Park Tudor School from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a high school degree. Iacopo then attended The Wharton School from 2011 to 2015, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2019, they returned to The Wharton School to pursue a Master of Business Administration, which they are currently completing. Iacopo is also currently completing a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies at The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania.
