Saad Rajan

Saad Rajan has held various roles in the design and engineering industries since 2012. Saad began as a Co-founder at Njaro in 2012, then moved on to become an Earthquake Engineer at the Aga Khan Development Network in 2013. Saad then worked as a Design & Management Consultant for himself from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they took on an internship as a Design Strategy Intern at WeWork. Since 2019, they have held two concurrent positions, as a Global Design Consultant at the Aga Khan Foundation and as a Co-founder at Naya.

Saad Rajan has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University in Business Administration and Management, General. Saad then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Western University in Civil Engineering. Saad then attended Harvard University for Design Engineering and Columbia University for Architecture Studio. Lastly, they obtained a Masters in Environmental Design from the University of Calgary in Sustainable Design. Additionally, they hold a LEED Green Associate certification from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC, obtained in June 2015.
