Smadar Peled

Smadar Peled has extensive experience in operations and training within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of BU Operations at Naya Tech (EPAM) since 2018, Smadar has also held the position of VP of Training at NAYA Technologies and NAYA Tech since 2011. Prior to these roles, Smadar was a Sales Manager at Empowerment Software Solutions from December 2009 to August 2011 and at SRL Software Solutions LTD from January 1999 to January 2008. Early in their career, Smadar focused on training users and trainers at Sivan Computers from February 1995 to February 1998.
