In 2019, they founded NayaPay and became the Founder and CEO of the company.

Danish A. Lakhani pursued their education in a chronological manner starting from their early years at Karachi Grammar School, where they completed their schooling between 1981 and 1996. Danish then went on to attend Brown University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Computer Science & Business Economics. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, studying there from 2002 to 2004. Danish's educational journey culminated with an MBA from Harvard Business School, where they specialized in General Management, attending from 2006 to 2008.
