Mehnaz started by attending Aga Khan Higher Secondary School Hunza from 2003 to 2005, where they achieved a Secondary School certificate in the field of Science. Mehnaz then moved on to Federal Govt. College F 7/2 Islamabad for two years, from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Higher Secondary School certificate with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Finally, Mehnaz attended Jinnah University for Women from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and receiving a bachelor of studies in business administration.
