Jyotsna Joshi

Jyotsna Joshi currently serves as the Head of ESG at Nayara Energy since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jyotsna held the position of Business Director for Sustainability & Decarbonization at Emerson Automation from February 2023 to August 2023, and spent over a decade at Emerson Automation Solutions in various leadership roles focused on sustainability, global projects, and sales within the Asia Pacific region. Jyotsna's earlier experience includes roles as Business Unit Manager and Business Development Manager at Jost's Engineering Company Limited, as well as senior positions at Inventa Electronics, where responsibilities included production engineering, quality management, and research and development. Jyotsna holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth, Pune, India.
