Nidhi Sharma currently serves as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) - IT at Nayara Energy, where Nidhi has led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs since October 2012. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Consultant and Business Analyst at Virtusa Corporation, providing strategic IT consulting for Fortune 500 clients in the Banking and Insurance sectors, and participating in projects worth up to $1 million. Nidhi's early career includes insights gained as a Marketing Intern at PepsiCo India Holdings, an Associate Consultant at Merrill Lynch India Technology Services focused on software testing frameworks, and a Test Engineer at Infosys, improving testing processes through automation. Nidhi holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis International University and a BE in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
