Sameer Shah

Sameer Shah serves as General Manager in the Chairman's Office at Nayara Energy since July 2018, having previously held the role of Joint General Manager in the Finance department. Responsibilities encompass managing funding programs, liquidity strategies, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Nayara Energy, Sameer Shah worked at SBI Capital Markets for over a decade, advancing to Assistant Vice President, where expertise included stakeholder management, merger and acquisition advisory, and project execution across various sectors including telecom, real estate, and energy. Sameer Shah holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a BE in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
