Sathyanarayana Singh has over 25 years of work experience, starting their career in 1996 with ITW as a Manager of Projects. Sathyanarayana then worked as a SAP Consultant at Navayuga Infotech and Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. In 2000, they became the Senior Manager for Technical at Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where they managed a team and introduced systems and MIS.

From 2002 to 2005, Singh held various roles at Quinnox, Tata Consultancy Services, and IBM, gaining experience as an SAP Specialist and Project Manager.

In 2005, they joined ADC as a Senior Business Analyst and Delivery Manager for SAP roll-out projects. Singh then transitioned to Wipro, where they held positions such as SAP Program Manager and Head of Program Management, managing large teams and delivering complex projects in the energy and oil & gas sectors.

Since 2016, Singh has been with Nayara Energy, initially as the Head of IT for Refinery and currently as the Vice President and Head of IT, overseeing Refinery, Corporate, and Asset Development.

Throughout their career, Singh has demonstrated expertise in program management, delivery excellence, and customer relationship management, with a focus on the energy and oil & gas industries.

Sathyanarayana Singh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in 1989. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "LEADING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION" from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2022, "Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in 2021, and an ITIL certification.
