Shubham Parashar

Shubham Parashar is currently serving as a Legal Contracts Manager-IST Finance at Nayara Energy, where Shubham handles international and domestic crude, coal, and LNG contracts. Previously, Shubham worked at ICICI Bank as a Deputy Manager and at SARAF GROUP as a Legal and Finance Manager. Shubham started their career as an Advocate at HCJ & ASSOCIATES, specializing in consumer forum, MACT, civil and criminal cases. Shubham also has experience as a Corporate Finance Intern at Baxter International Inc. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, an MBA in Finance from Bharathiar University, and a LLB and Company Secretary degree.
