Vijay Deshpande

Vijay Deshpande has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial roles. Vijay started their career at GTL Limited in 2004 as a Manager in HR, where they worked until 2005. Vijay then joined Reliance ADA Group as a Manager in HR, where they worked until 2008. In the same year, they moved to Essar Oil Ltd. and held a role in Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Nayara Energy, where they started as a GM in HR in 2008 and is currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations & Compliance.

Vijay Deshpande completed a degree in EPDHRM in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Indore for an unspecified period of time between 1987 and 1993, followed by Christ Church in Jabalpur from 1983 to 1987, also without obtaining a degree.
