Harry Kozlovsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Harry started their career in software marketing at Columbia Data Products, Inc. in 1982. Harry then moved on to work as a PC Support Manager at Toyota, managing the Call Center and providing training and support to over 500 internal users. From there, they joined Erickson Living as a Senior IT Business/Customer Relationship Analyst, where they managed projects, led the HelpDesk, and implemented a new software architecture.

After that, Harry worked at Visit Baltimore as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing IT operations. Harry then joined System Automation Corporation as the National Customer Service Manager, where they oversaw customer service, account management, and vendor development. During their time at System Automation Corporation, they achieved a high customer satisfaction rating and implemented new policies and procedures.

In 2010, Harry joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt - SkillsTutor Division as an IT Digital Project Manager, where they served as the primary point of contact for customer resolution and supported various departments. Harry later became a partner at Foodem.com, a start-up IT company serving the wholesale food seller and buyer's industry in Maryland.

Continuing their career, Harry worked at Agora Publishing (14West) as a Client Relationship Manager and later as a Program Manager, where they analyzed metrics, improved relationship building, and oversaw support efforts for large affiliates. Harry then joined TranscribeMe.com as the Legal Division Manager, where they built and managed a legal transcription business segment.

Most recently, Harry worked at Nayax in various roles. Harry started as an Executive Customer Success Manager, responsible for providing complete cashless payment solutions for unattended point-of-sale machines. Harry then advanced to the role of Sr Director of Solution Sales, where they led sales efforts and drove growth for the company's global end-to-end retail technology platform.

Throughout their career, Harry has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Harry Kozlovsky attended Towson University from 1974 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
