Konstantin Stepanov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Konstantin began their career at Overseas Business Travel as a Passport and Visa Consultant, where they processed passport renewals and visa applications. Konstantin then worked at Tulkojuma Fabrika as a Freelance Translator, specializing in Russian, English, and Latvian translations. Konstantin later joined Project Sidekick as a Business Development & Travel Executive, establishing trade partnerships and organizing group travel. Konstantin then transitioned to ADC Technology Solutions as an IT Recruitment Consultant.

Continuing their career in recruitment, Konstantin joined 360 GSP Training & Recruitment as a Recruitment Advisor, assisting candidates with job placement. Konstantin later worked at Entech Technical Solutions as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Konstantin then joined Linksap Europe Ltd as an SAP Recruitment Executive, where they specialized in freelance recruitment on an international scale.
