Jackie Lloyd

Jackie is an independent director and joined the Board in March 2018. She is currently a Director of AgResearch and Kiwi Group Holdings, a board member of New Zealand Cricket and Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, a trustee of The Lion Foundation, and the Vice President of the National Council of the Institute of Directors.

Jackie’s background is in business transformation, human resources, and leadership. She previously served as global human resources director for the New Zealand Dairy Board and NZMP Fonterra, and subsequently as a consultant and New Zealand country manager for Hewitt Associates and The Gallup Organization.
