Mick Keating

Mick Keating has a diverse background in engineering and project management. Mick is currently working as a Project Manager at Naylor Love since May 2022. Prior to this, Mick worked for Haydn & Rollett Construction from May 2018 to March 2022, initially as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager. During their time at Haydn & Rollett Construction, they successfully delivered a build-to-rent hotel and apartment development project called The Ed, valued at $28m.

Before joining Haydn & Rollett Construction, Mick worked as a Structural Engineer at Cundall from September 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they were primarily involved in design and assessment tasks for a retail redevelopment project in Watford.

Additionally, Mick has experience as a Structural Engineer at Furness Partnership from July 2014 to June 2015 and at Beca from February 2011 to June 2014. Mick started their career as a Summer Intern at Holmes Consulting Group (HCG) from November 2008 to February 2009.

Overall, Mick Keating has accumulated a strong foundation of engineering and project management skills through their various roles in the industry.

Mick Keating completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Canterbury from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, General at the same university from 2008 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Mick Keating obtained the Procore Certification: Engineer from Procore Technologies in March 2017. Mick also holds the Green Star Accredited Professional certification from NZGBC, although the exact dates of obtaining this certification are not specified.
