Richard Gaines

Richard Gaines has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Richard started their career in 2000 as a Site Manager at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd. After working there for 13 years, they joined HRS Construction as a Site/Project Manager in 2013. In 2014, they joined A J Scott Construction as a Senior Project Manager, and later that year, they moved to Leighs Construction Ltd as a Senior Site Manager. In 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Armstrong Downes Construction. In 2019, they worked at Southbase Construction as a Site Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Naylor Love since October 2019. Additionally, from 2007 to 2011, Richard also worked as a Director at Ground Up House Inspections.

Richard Gaines obtained a Diploma in Construction Management and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from CPIT. Richard completed their studies in the field of Construction Management between 2005 and 2012.
