Roger Marshman

Roger Marshman has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Roger began their career as a Contract Manager at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd., where they oversaw multiple projects in Auckland. Roger ensured that the projects were completed on time and within budget while prioritizing health and safety. After three years, Roger joined Lanta Interiors & Construction as a Senior Project Manager, where they utilized their expertise to manage projects successfully. Roger then joined Naylor Love Construction in 2012 as a Project Manager. Roger worked on various projects, including the Ranui and Devonport Library projects, which were completed successfully. Roger also played a significant role in the re-cladding and structural upgrade of a building apartment facility in Kingsland. Currently, Roger continues to serve as a Project Manager at Naylor Love Construction in Auckland.

Roger Marshman obtained a University Entrance degree from Kelston Boys' High School in the years 1983-1987. Roger then pursued various construction-related qualifications at Unitec | Te Pūkenga. From 1988 to 1993, they earned a New Zealand Certificate in Building with a focus on Construction Management. In the years 1992 to 1994, they obtained a New Zealand Certificate in Architectural Draughting (Theory), specializing in Architecture. Lastly, from 1993 to 1996, they completed their education with a National Diploma in Construction Management at Unitec | Te Pūkenga. In terms of additional certifications, Roger obtained a New Zealand Certificate in Construction from NZQA in November 1993. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in Construction Site Safety from Site Safe in October 2013.
