Taniela Lautaha

Taniela Lautaha has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Taniela started their career in 2014 as a Carpenter - Leading Hand at Danior Construction Ltd, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Site Manager at Bagley & Blake Construction Ltd. Taniela then joined Fletcher Construction as a Site Supervisor from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, Taniela also became the Managing Director at Dateline Contractors Ltd, a position they held until 2020. Taniela then worked as a Site Supervisor and Site Manager at McMillan & Lockwood from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they held brief roles as a Site Manager at iLine Construction and Latham Construction. Taniela joined Summerset Group Holdings Limited as a Site Manager in 2022 and will continue their work there in 2023. Their experience also includes a forthcoming role as a Site Manager at Naylor Love starting in 2023.
