Adam Adamson's work experience includes the following positions and responsibilities:

1. Nayms (2021-present):

- Head of Business Development: Oversees the business development function of Nayms, a crypto native insurance marketplace utilizing smart contracts. Works with underwriters, brokers, and capital providers to provide them technology for blockchain transactions.

- Head of Insurance: Manages client relationships and business development at Nayms. Develops internal sales platform and hires a team to support Nayms' crypto native insurance platform.

2. Marsh (2019-2021):

- Vice President: Holds a leadership role at Marsh.

3. Aon Risk Solutions (2014-2019):

- Assistant Vice President: Specializes in casualty placements for the Bermuda market. Focuses on casualty excess placements for Fortune 2000 businesses, with emphasis in real estate, financial institutions, transportation/trucking, and public entity accounts. Also involved in presentations to company employees as part of the Aon Education Team.

4. Artex Risk Solutions, Inc. (2010-2014):

Adam Adamson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. In 2005 to 2009, Adamson pursued further education at The American College of Financial Services and earned a degree in Insurance, specifically a CLU certification. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they attended AICPCU and obtained multiple certifications such as CPCU, ARM, ARM-P, and ARe. Additionally, Adamson acquired additional certifications, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The Institutes in January 2013 and the Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) from The Institutes in March 2012.
