Brian Avello

Brian Avello is currently the Chief Legal Officer at UDHC and has held various leadership roles, including Directorships at Oasis Pro Inc., Optimism Foundation, Iron Fish Foundation, and Nayms. They founded Avello P.C., a law firm focused on blockchain legal issues, and served as General Counsel for the Maker Foundation. Previously, Brian worked as a Litigation Associate Attorney at Stagg, Terenzi, Confusione & Wabnik LLP and Kent, Beatty & Gordon, LLP. Brian began their legal career as a Legal Intern at The Pavilion Surgery Center and as a Summer Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP. They earned their Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Miami.
