Sergii Regeliuk Ll.m.

Sergii Regeliuk LL.M. has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sergii is currently serving as Counsel and Head of Dispute Resolution at NAZALI Tax & Legal Services. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Senior Associate at Hillmont Partners from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, Sergii worked as a Senior Lawyer at the Better Regulation Delivery Office, where they provided legal advice to various government departments and assisted in drafting laws and regulatory acts. Before that, they worked as a Lawyer at ETERNA LAW, handling international litigation cases and providing corporate and commercial law consultancy services. Sergii also has experience as a Student at Queen Mary, University of London, and as a Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine. Sergii began their career as an Associate at Integrites.

Sergii Regeliuk LL.M. completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International private law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Sergii has also obtained certifications such as the WIPO Certificate on ADVANCED COURSE ON SOFTWARE LICENSING INCLUDING OPEN SOURCE from the World Intellectual Property Organization in December 2020, and the Intellectual Property Certified Specialist certification from WIPO in September 2018.
