Nazareth Child and Family Connection is a non profit agency that provides residential care along with outpatient substance abuse and mental health counseling. Mission To provide the highest quality of services with a commitment to excellence while empowering youth and families in developing solutions that ensure successful outcomes. Our Vision:All individuals will live and grow in a safe and happy home environment, free of abuse and oppression, and with a healthy respect for themselves and others. Description The agency provides Foster Care, Adoption, Mental Health Residential Services, Residential, and Preparation for Adult Living Services. We also have an outlet store in Salisbury, North Carolina. Nazareth also provides outpatient Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Services.
