Yolanda Ramos Benitez

Yolanda Ramos Benitez is a Trustee at Nazareth College. Yolanda was previously the Director of Skincare at Wegmans Food Markets. In that role, they were responsible for creating a Skincare/Beauty Service Concept and for leading the team that brought it to fruition.

Before their time as Director of Skincare, Ms. Benitez served as the Director of Training & Development at Wegmans Food Markets. In that role, they were responsible for developing and delivering training programs that helped employees hone their skills and grow in their careers.

Ms. Benitez began their career at Wegmans Food Markets in 1990 as a trainee in the Management Development Program. Yolanda rose through the ranks at Wegmans, becoming a store manager, then a district manager, and finally the Director of Training & Development.

Ms. Benitez is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Yolanda is a strong leader and an excellent communicator, with a proven track record of success in both training and skincare management.

Yolanda Ramos Benitez has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nazareth College.
