Heather Shake

Heather Shake has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as an LPN travel nurse at Maxim Healthcare Services since September 2019 and as an Admissions Coordinator at Nazareth Home since June 2015. Additionally, Heather has worked at Norton Healthcare since 2001, where the role of LPN has been held. Previous travel nursing positions include stints at Ready Nurse Staffing from October 2018 to February 2019 and CRS Medical Staffing & Services LLC from April 2018 to September 2018, specializing in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Heather Shake completed education at Spencerian College between 2005 and 2007.
