Carmen Ventura

Carmen Ventura has extensive experience in IT business operations, currently serving as Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since January 2001. Carmen has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Business Systems and Director of Project Management, overseeing initiatives such as HR, Financial, Security, Retail, and Marketing systems while ensuring successful project delivery. Previous positions include Project Manager and Project Leader at Prudential Financial and Donovan Data Systems, respectively, where Carmen honed skills in project management, system testing, and business analysis. Carmen holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
