Chelsea Landon serves as the Director of Product for Direct-to-Consumer Subscriptions & Commerce at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since November 2020, leading the consumer product experience for the NBA's streaming service across over 200 global markets. Previously, Chelsea held various roles at Google from May 2019 to November 2020, including Senior Product Manager and Research Manager for Ad Products, where Chelsea developed data-driven narratives for digital advertising. Chelsea's earlier experience at the NBA included roles focused on customer insights, helping to shape the league's global growth strategy through extensive market research. Chelsea began a career in customer insights at the NBA after participating in the organization’s rotational training program, with initial exposure to global operations at Nike and environmental policy at NECEC. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School.
