Dawn Smyth serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of International Youth Development for the National Basketball Association (NBA) since November 2019, where leadership extends to the International Youth Development Team. In parallel, Dawn Smyth is a member of the Youth Basketball Committee for FIBA Americas, contributing to basketball development across the region.
