Qumetrious Brown

Qumetrious Brown is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Director, Business Intelligence Platform Lead at the National Basketball Association since March 2022. Prior to this role, Qumetrious worked as a Data Architect at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment from January 2020 to March 2022 and as an Analyst at Georgia-Pacific LLC from October 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing automated data pipelines, performing data cleansing, and optimizing SQL queries. Before Georgia-Pacific, Qumetrious was a Data Analyst - Business Intelligence at State Farm from January 2016 to October 2018, where advanced BI visualizations and ETL scripts were created, along with leading code reviews. Qumetrious began a career at UPS Supply Chain Solutions as an Application Developer from February 2013 to January 2016, supporting and deploying enterprise Oracle databases. Qumetrious holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, obtained in 2013.
