Lauren Alexandria Floyd

Lauren Alexandria Floyd, M.S., is a seasoned media professional currently serving as Platform Manager at NBCLA since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of News Producer at NBC Bay Area from June 2022 to August 2025 and worked as a News Producer for Action News 8 at KSBW 8 & Central Coast ABC from October 2019 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Staff Writer at the Los Angeles Sentinel and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Multimedia Journalist, Associate Producer, and Anchor at USC Annenberg Media. Lauren began her career as an intern at Ballantines PR in early 2016.
