TJ Powers has over 17 years of experience in creative and managerial roles in the media industry. Their most recent position is Creative Director at NBCUniversal Media, where they oversee creative direction for multiple entities including NBC10 Boston, NBC Sports Boston, NECN, and Telemundo. Prior to this, TJ served as the Director of Creative Services and Original Content at NBC Sports Boston, where they managed content creation, visual storytelling, and artwork. TJ also held the position of Senior Creative Services Manager at NBCUniversal Media, where they managed a team of six creative professionals and was responsible for the creative execution of all sponsored elements on the network. TJ has also worked at FOX Sports as an On Air Promotions Coordinator and at the New England Patriots - Kraft Sports Group as a Freelance Editor. Throughout their career, TJ has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, enhance visual brands, and execute successful ad campaigns.

TJ Powers attended Fitchburg State University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Video/Film.
