Amy Agamez

Amy Agamez is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NBC Sports Next since August 2022, Amy previously held key positions at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and at Darden as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included talent planning and development. Amy's earlier career includes significant roles at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, leading a team to provide HR support for over 500 employees, and at Hilton Grand Vacations as an HR Consultant, focusing on organizational design and talent selection. Amy began the HR career at Loews Hotels, starting as a Star Service Supervisor and progressing through several HR-focused roles. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
