Prior experience includes over a decade at IRI Golf Group, where roles spanned from Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to General Manager at multiple golf clubs, focusing on revenue management and operational strategies. Early career positions involved consulting and account management in technology firms, enhancing sales and service delivery. Eric holds a High School Diploma from Corsicana High School and has attended Texas Tech University.
