Scott joined NBC Trust Company in 2020 as the Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as the president of Scott Weldon Financial Strategies in Lincoln, Nebraska. Prior to running his own business, Scott was an advisor for Macro Financial Advisors and started his career in financial services as a registered representative for Edward Jones in 2003. Scott spent three years as an airline pilot for United Airlines following a career in the US Navy (retired) and Marine Corps. He and his wife Michelle, have three children.
