Chandler Parr

Chandler P. is a skilled content producer with extensive experience in journalism and broadcasting. Currently serving as a content producer at NBC Washington since September 2022, Chandler previously worked as a weekend anchor/producer and reporter at WRDE NBC Coast TV, where responsibilities included anchoring and reporting on weekend newscasts. Chandler's background includes significant involvement in various roles at the University of Maryland, including executive board member of the Maryland Association of Black Journalists and recruiting ambassador for the Maryland Football Department. Additional experience includes anchoring and reporting for Capital News Service, an entertainment news internship at WJLA-TV, and reporting at Radio One. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland.
