Gerardo Tamashiro

Gerardo Tamashiro is a seasoned Broadcast Engineer and IT Broadcast Specialist with extensive experience at NBC Washington since January 2006 and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises since January 2007. In these roles, Gerardo has contributed to the engineering team for WRC, NBC News 4, and Telemundo Washington. Additionally, Gerardo has worked as a Freelance Videographer for Telemundo, handling camera work and editing. With prior experience as a Technical Director and Station Engineer responsible for live newscast operations, Gerardo has honed skills in editing and producing news packages. Previously serving as an Audio Engineer for MHZ Networks from 2008 to 2012, Gerardo possesses a well-rounded background in broadcast technology. Gerardo is an alumnus of Northern Virginia Community College.
