Kritika Gupta

Kritika Gupta is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Panel Counsel for both NBCC (India) Limited and the Competition Commission of India, and as Panel Lawyer for the Delhi Development Authority since 2021. Additionally, Kritika acts as a Domestic/Disciplinary Enquiry Officer for a leading multinational corporation. Prior experience includes working as an Associate for Justice Vikramajit Sen, where Kritika assisted in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, conducting extensive legal research and drafting procedural orders for over 65 cases. As a Senior Associate at Senlex Chambers, Kritika managed civil, family, and commercial litigation, and previously served as a Litigation Associate at Garg & Garg Advocates, where favorable outcomes were achieved in various courts. Kritika holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Campus Law Centre at Delhi University.
