Alana Rieg

Alana Rieg is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and management. Currently serving as a Talent and Organizational Development Intern at NBCUniversal, Alana has previously held the role of Performance Program Lead at PROJXON, where a performance program was developed to align with organizational goals. Alana's experience includes positions such as Head Working Student at Alderin Sporthorses, Consulting Lab Coordinator at LeAD Labs, and Human Resources Intern at Yusen Terminals LLC, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, client engagement, and HR support. Alana has also contributed to social media strategy as a Social Media Intern at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and held multiple leadership roles within Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
