Allie Kovar

Allie Kovar has a strong background in human resources, currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources for NBCUniversal's Direct to Consumer division. They began their career with internships in public relations at Tractenberg & Co. and Showtime Networks, and expanded their expertise in HR through roles such as Human Resources Generalist at NBC News & MSNBC, as well as Associate HR Business Partner at Disney Streaming. Allie gained foundational experience through the East Coast Page Program at NBCUniversal, contributing to their extensive skill set in talent relations, strategy, and operations. They are pursuing a degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Maryland College Park while also studying at Richmond, The American International University in London.
