Ben Thompson

Ben Thompson is currently the Director of International Facilities Operations at NBCUniversal, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Thompson served as Head of Facilities Management at Jupiter Asset Management from October 2019 to November 2025, and as Store Services and Maintenance Manager at Harrods from July 2018 to October 2019. Additional experience includes positions such as Facilities Manager at Rokos Capital Management and Soft Services Manager at Old Mutual Wealth, alongside a lengthy tenure at Old Mutual in various capacities. Thompson's career began with McLaren Group and the Brewery on Chiswell Street. Educationally, Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Queen Mary University of London and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management, complemented by further training in facilities management and safety.
