Brent Sudduth

Brent Sudduth serves as the Vice President of Global Executive Search at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, a position held since October 2011, where Brent plays a key role in establishing and managing an internal executive search agency across the company's diverse business sectors. Prior to this, Brent held the title of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Cline Davis & Mann, overseeing recruitment strategies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising sector. Brent's extensive background in talent acquisition also includes leadership roles at Viacom as Director of Talent Acquisition, where strategic hiring for various entertainment brands was managed, and at ML Search Partners as an Executive Recruiter specializing in high-level placements in the entertainment media sector. Brent began career foundations in production roles with Pseudo Programs and Glow in the Dark Productions, contributing to multiple cable TV projects. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in English & Creative Writing from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Southern California.
