Carmine Guiga

Carmine Guiga is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and government law. Currently serving as VP, Compliance Counsel and previously as Senior Counsel at NBCUniversal from January 2020 to December 2024, Carmine has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Prior roles include Vice President of Compliance at Morgan Stanley, where policies and controls were developed for risk management, and Director of Government and Political Activities at the New York City Council, providing legal counsel on legislative matters. Additional experience includes serving as a Campaign Finance Consultant and an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Domenic M. Recchia, Jr. Carmine holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from St. John's University.
