Dave Hegarty

Dave Hegarty is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Incident Management and VNOC at NBCUniversal since June 2013. Responsibilities include developing executive-ready monthly operations reports and overseeing uptime metrics for key services, in addition to training junior team members in incident facilitation.
